Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, classes, workshops, and products offered through SineadNicGabhann.com, including vocal coaching, business mentoring, speaking training, and Voice Smoothie sales.

1. Services Offered

Sinead The Singer provides the following services:

  • 1:1 Vocal Coaching (online and in-person)

  • Group Singing Classes (primarily on Zoom)

  • Superior Speaking Coaching

  • Business Coaching for Singing Teachers

  • Voice Workshops (in-person or online)

  • Voice Smoothie product sales

  • Voice Smoothie Reseller Programme

By booking any service or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Please note: Superior Speaking Coaching is designed to support neurotypical adults in developing vocal presence, clarity, and confidence for personal or professional use. It is not a substitute for speech therapy, psychotherapy, or clinical voice treatment. If you're unsure whether this service is the right fit, feel free to get in touch before booking. Sinead also reserves the right to cancel or refer you to a more appropriate professional if she feels your needs would be better supported elsewhere.

2. Respectful Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. The following behaviours are not tolerated:

  • Bullying, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour

  • Discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or ability

  • Negative highlighting of personal or cultural differences

Students and clients are expected to respect:

  • The coach and fellow participants

  • The premises (if in person)

  • The time and structure of each session

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the service or programme without refund.

3. Payments & Bookings

1:1 Vocal Coaching:

  • Taster lessons must be paid in full in advance.

  • Ongoing lessons are booked in blocks of 6 and paid upfront.

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, Revolut, or cash.

  • Late payments may result in loss of your slot.

​

Workshops:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

  • The remaining balance is paid on the day of the workshop (cash or card accepted).

  • Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • If you cancel, your deposit is retained. If the workshop is cancelled by Sinead, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.

Group Singing Classes:

  • Must be booked in advance.

  • Follow a fixed timetable unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are not issued for missed classes.

​

4. Missed Sessions & Cancellations

  • If Sinead cancels a session, you will be offered a rescheduled session, a credit toward your next booking, or a refund.

  • If you cancel or miss a session, it will not be refunded or rescheduled, unless under special agreed circumstances.

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to discuss any emergencies.

  • Prompt arrival is essential. Late arrivals will not extend past your allocated time.

5. Group Classes (Zoom Etiquette)

By joining any online group class, you agree to:

  • Join on time, with materials prepared

  • Keep a stable internet connection and functioning device

  • Stay muted when not speaking or performing

  • Engage respectfully and constructively

  • Follow instructor guidance and class structure

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal without refund.

6. Voice Smoothie Sales​

All direct purchases of the Voice Smoothie product via www.sineadthesinger.ie are subject to the Voice Smoothie Return Policy.

Returns:

  • Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days if approved.

7. Reseller Programme

Selling Guidelines:

  • Minimum sale price: €39

  • Recommended sale price: €49

  • Resellers may not offer discounts under €39 without written permission

  • You may sell: to your students, at workshops, on your website/social media

  • You must provide your buyers with the customer Voice Smoothie Smartlink (course + safety guide).

Returns:

  • As a reseller, you are responsible for managing returns and refunds with your own customers.

  • Resellers must inspect products before resale.

Support:

  • Official product, usage, and safety resources can be accessed via your Reseller Starter Pack.

8. Business & Speaking Coaching

Coaching clients understand that:

  • Results depend on personal effort and implementation.

  • No business results or income are guaranteed.

  • All content shared during coaching is confidential and not to be redistributed.

  • You are responsible for decisions made during or after coaching sessions.

9. Children & Minors

We work with children in both private and group singing lessons.

  • Parental/guardian consent is required for all under-18 clients.

  • We do not knowingly market to children or use their data for advertising.

  • Parents are expected to collect their child promptly after in-person lessons.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, downloads, worksheets, and branding are the intellectual property of Sinead The Singer and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

11. Liability

Sinead The Singer is not responsible for:

  • Vocal injury resulting from improper technique outside of sessions

  • Results not achieved due to lack of implementation or practice

  • Any allergic reaction or sensitivity to products used

  • Internet or tech failures during online sessions

You agree to use all materials, tools, and advice at your own discretion and risk.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally. Please review this page before booking or purchasing to stay informed.
